He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Cook (Seibert); his children, Joshua Paul Cook (Allison Fortney) of Newark, OH and Miriam Beth Keenan (Devin Allen Keenan) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; his grandchildren, Emily Clare, Logan James Cook of Newark, OH, Addilyn Mae and Quentin Allen Keenan of Fuquay-Varina, NC; his brother James Sturley Cook of Yalesville, CN; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Cook (Talbot) of Yalesville, CN, Iva (Seibert), Charles Keller of Richmond, VA, Mary Alice (Seibert), David Merryman of Summersville, WV, Susan Seibert of Richmond, VA and John Seibert of Clarksburg, WV. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; eight great-nieces and great-nephews; and one great-great niece.
