She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Conley and Ruth Rose Conley. She is survived by: her children, Samantha Shaner (Mike) of Newark, Ohio, Darryl Shipp of Newark and Edward Shipp of Woodsfield, Ohio; and her siblings, Shirley Lilly of Maryland and Jim Conley of Maryland. She is also survived by five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
