He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wayne and Frances Lucille Walker (Gilcrest); and his stepmother Zelda Walker (Bartlett). He is survived by: his wife Carol Walker (O'Brien); his children, Susan Underwood (Walker) and Scott Walker (Todd Puhl); his grandchildren, Zach, Jacob and Rain Underwood; and his great grandchild Kaizak Underwood.
