She was predeceased by: her husband James F. Welsh; her siblings, Sylvia Dee McClain (Philipps), Suzanne L. Wiget (Philipps) and Andrew Philipps; and her brother-in-law Jack Tatham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy E. Welsh of Granville and Jennifer "Annie" Quintrell (Michael) of Granville; her granddaughter Megan E. Kasson (Kristofer); her great grandchildren, Logan G., James S. and Sloane E. Kasson; her brother Warren C. Philipps (Cheryl) of Johns Creek, Georgia; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia A. Tatham of Columbus and Nancy S. Dumbauld (James) of Newark. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, and many great and great-great-nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Jenny's Name to the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 85 Veterans Widows Fund, 16 Samson Place, Granville, OH 43023.
