We bid farewell to Jerri Danielle Scott of Newark, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 11, 2026 at the age of 57. Jerri touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Edward and Hazel Jane Vermaaten (Weaver); her husband Kenneth Joseph "Kenny" Scott; and her sister Judy Teegardin. She is survived by: her daughter Jordan Hammontree (Joey Moore) of Newark; her grandson Jordan Michael Moore; and her siblings, Jody Davis of Newark, John Vermaaten (Rita) of Pataskala, Jeff Vermaaten of Newark and Joseph Vermaaten of Newark. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
