He was predeceased by : his parents, James Howard and Eula Mabel Wray (Fairchild); and his close friend Molly Woo. He is survived by : his wife Eva Barrett Wray (Loudermilk); his daughters, Nicole Westbrook (David) and Candida Pernotto (Carl); his grandchildren, Danielle Thomas (Dillon), Emily Westbrook (Dakota), Benjamin Westbrook (Alex) and Vincent Pernotto; his great grandchildren, Harper Mae, Ivan, Nolan and Bayleigh; and his siblings-in-law, Dama Bricker (Ed) and Murl Loudermilk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cornerstone Church (4905 Jacksontown Rd, Newark, OH 43056). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
