She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Merlie Davis (Thompson); her sister Elma Lois Davis; and her close friends, Shelva Hitchcock (Ronald) and Darlene Campbell (Doug).
She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Griffith; her children, Timothy Skidmore (Becky) of Coshocton and Tammy Wilson (Randy) of Newark; her grandchildren, Brandon Wilson, Ashley Powell (Morgan) and Ian Wilson; her stepdaughters, Dawn Bevard (Jeremy) of Heath and Wendy Carpenter of Newark; and her brother John Lewis Davis (Brenda) of Centerburg. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Newark Church of the Nazarene (200 S Williams St, Newark, OH 43055).
