It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Stephen Bailey (Newark, Ohio), born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe W. Bailey and Ora Bliss Bailey; his son Christopher Bailey; his sister Viora "Sue" Carlin; and his brother-in-law Robert Buckley Carlin.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Marie Bailey (Bucher).
