He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Barclay and Dorothy Barclay (Weiss); his daughter Katrina Rae Barclay; his father-in-law Richard Wright; and his nephew Robert Barclay.

He is survived by: his wife Terrie (Wright); his children, Kamela "Kami" Perritt of Athens and Kody Barclay of Newark; his son-in-law Ian Perritt of Athens; his brothers, Michael Barclay (Betty) of Newark and James Barclay (Cheryl) of Dayton; and his mother-in-law Nancy Wright of Newark. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
