He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Bell (Catt); his children, Jonathan Bell (Nicole) of Newark, Jason Bell (Chelsea) of Maryland and Barbie Barber (Terry) of Westerville; his sister Barb Bell of Celina; and his grandchildren, Lilian Bell of Newark, Elly Ann Bell of Maryland, Edith Bell of Maryland, John Bell of Maryland, Tommy Barber of Westerville, Owen Barber of Westerville and Madelyn Barber of Westerville.
