He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Goldsmith and Carrie L. Goldsmith (Hoskinson). He is survived by: his brother Steven L. Goldsmith (Deborah); his nieces, Sarah Clayton (Chris), Rebecca Underwood and Ashley Goldsmith (Amanda Reinstetle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew, Lucas, Elsa, Stella and Luna; and his friend William Fisher.
