He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cannizzaro and Dorothy Cannizzaro. He is survived by: his siblings, Jennifer Bolen of Akron, Jane Meese of Lancaster and Rick Cannizzaro (Mary Beth) of Heath; his niece Kimberly Cannizzaro; his nephew Tony Cannizzaro; his great-nephews, Ashton Cox, Cason Cannizzaro and Shannon Lee (John); his cousins, Cecilia Cannizzaro and James Cannizzaro (Lynn); John and Ellynn.
