He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Ragon and Nora Ragon; his former wife Sharon Lee Ragon; his sisters, Janice Thomas (Larry) and Pamela Griffie (James); and his brother-in-law Jack Gibson.

He is survived by: his wife Barb Ragon; his children, Don Ragon (Christine), Chris Ragon (Elizabeth) and Ann Hancock (Shane); his stepchildren, Amy Hurst (Darren) and Mark Rine (Colleen); his grandchildren, Courtney, Lauren (Nolan), Alyssa, Dylan, Caleb (Danielle), Destawny, Adley, Alison (Samuel), Mark, Elizabeth, Samantha, Brooke, Austin, Ralph and Enzo; and his sister Cynthia Gibson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
