He was predeceased by: his father Fred D. Elliott, Sr.; and his siblings, Edward Elliott, Donald Elliott, Robert Elliott and Mamie Ellis.

He is survived by: his children, John Elliott (Shandis Goodgame) and Paige Elliott; his grandchildren, Alexis Elliott, Judge Elliott, Diamond Elliott, Terrance Cunningham, Isaiah Cunningham, Sereinity Cunningham, Damari Cunningham, Kamarianne Cunningham and Kelow Jones; his great grandchild Judge Elliott, Jr.; his siblings, Fred Elliott (Josephine), Betty Thompson, Gloria Elliott, Shirley Allen, Edwina Flemister and Apostle Charlene Baxter; Marie Shackleford (Daniel), Gladys Elliott and Erma Jean Elliott. He is also survived by nieces nephews and friends.
