He is survived by: his parents, Shelly Ann Hale and Jeffery Lynn Cook; his stepfather Travis Edward Hale; his brother Justin Cook (Madison); his stepsiblings, Jesse Hale (Beth), Amanda Stewart and Alicia Hale; his grandparents, Kathy Mix (Harry), Glenn T. Mix (Barb), Richard Cook and Carol Whickline; his aunts and uncles, Kristy Tankersley (Laddell), JoAnn Thompson, Angela Whickline, Glenn T. Mix II (Kerry) and Daniel Mix (Rachel); and his friends, Blake Spell and Chase Hupp. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Wilson Cemetery (4254 Marion Rd NE, Newark, OH 43055).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home.
