She is survived by: her husband Ralph F. Fields; her children, Amy R. Pletcher (Gregory A.) of Newark and David C. Fields of Hebron; her grandchildren, Matthew G. Fields (Grace), Lucas F. Fields (Diana), Alexander M. Pletcher, Andrew A. Pletcher and Victoria I. Pletcher; and her siblings, Theresa Annette Cook (Hohl), Nancy Glenellen Hohl, Joan Michelle "Joanie" Fitzpatrick (Hohl), Deborah Rosita Garey and Floyd Lewis "Mav" Garey II. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
