He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred M. "Bob" Evans and Elsie M. Evans (Moore); and his brother Gregory. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria "Kathy", Dwight, Candis, David (Robin) and April; his niece Abagail; and his nephew Avery (Mallory).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vensil & Chute Funeral Home (1850 W Main St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Newark Faith Church (261 E Main St, Newark, OH 43055).
