He was predeceased by: his parents, Deacon Willie Woods Sr. and Gertrude Woods (Banks); his son Lamar Woods Jr.; his granddaughter Téa Woods; and his siblings, Adv. Presiding Elder Willie Woods Jr., Adv. Presiding Elder Marvin E. Woods, Adv. Sr. Mother Martha Herd, Sr. Mother Bernice James, Eldress Juanita Woods, Eldress Jacqueline Woods and Marva Jean Woods.
He is survived by: his sons, Niels Woods, Adjuane "Lamar" Woods and Donté Woods. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; 21 nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives.
