It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry J. Cline of Newark, Ohio, who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry J. Cline to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Ed" and Margorie Cline (Stepp); his brother Eddie Cline; and his siblings-in-law, Marge Cline and Jack Degler.

He is survived by: his wife Carol E. Cline; his children, Tony Cline (Cheryl Coyle) and Carolyn E. Cline; his grandchildren, Summer Cline and Mason Cline; his siblings, Thomas Cline and Ida Degler; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Cline.

Memorial contributions may be made in Larry's name to the Newark Fire Department Charities.

“It was a long time ago in 1956 or so that 5 boys, including Larry traveled out west on our way to California. We never made it past Salt Lake City where we slept in the county or city jail after pitching our tent in the city park. I had the floor bunk as there were only 4 bunks for 5 of us. They scared me out of the bunk & I slept on the floor. That was the only time I met Larry but I still remember the trip. I took our children on basically the same trip when they were young. My sympathy...”
