He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Levingston. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Levingston (Slate); his children, Patricia Richardson, Marc Levingston, Dillon Douglas, Scotty Culver (Kellie), Justin Culver (Samantha) and Bret Culver; his brother Lynn Levingston; his grandchildren, Rhesa Richardson, Alexis, Isabelle, Fiona, Sophia, Polly, Dylan, Austin (Janel), Zachary (Dee Dee) and Gabe; and his sibling's children, Bella, Seth and J. J..

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Larry to the Licking County Humane Society.
