He was predeceased by: his parents, Rogers Miller and Eve Doris Miller (Swick); his siblings-in-law, Teresa Richards, Milton Spiess and Art Perry; and his nephews, Steven Richards, Brian Spiess and Brandon Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Connie (Keller); his daughters, Karen Horvath (Eriech) and Myra Gamble (Chad); his grandchildren, Anastazia, Czarianna, Georgia and Roman; and his siblings, Janet Cook (Kerm) and Jim Miller (Linda).
