She was predeceased by : her parents, Lonnie Leroy and Myrtle M. Powell (McCorkle); her husband Philip H. Cascioli Allen; her children-in-law, Keith Carver and Connie Allen; and her siblings, William, Ronald, Donald, Lonnie, James, Robert Powell and Donna Jean Webster.

She is survived by : her children, Philip Cascioli (Leigh), Joseph Allen (Laurie), Lori Matthews (Keith) and Stacia Fritchie (Eric); her grandchildren, Ashley See (David), Matt Carver (Della), Alexis Robinson (Matt), Connor Allen, Philip Allen, Jack Fritchie and Riley Fritchie; and her close friend Richard Powell. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
