She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Hoover and Osia Hoover (Bennett); and her husband Ronald R. "Roy" Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Virgil L. Lewis (Earnie) and Kimberly A. Goodwin (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jennifer S. Black (Josh) and Ronald S. Goodwin (Andrea); her great grandchildren, Brynlee Black, Piper Black, Peyton Black, Tucker Black and Rhodes Goodwin; and her sister Ersolene Persinger (Dave).
