He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Veyon and Kathryn L. Dickson (Gooding); his wife Donna Jean Veyon; and his siblings, Richard, Donald (Shirley), James Veyon, Wanda Lindamood (Bernie) and Bonnie Ford.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elonna K. Ambrus (Michael), Marcia L. Toomey (Michael) and Heather R. Helle (James); his grandchildren, Andrew, Eric, Emily, Nathan Ambrus, Shawna Beam (Morgan), Sarah Williams, Zackary (Brittney Coonrod) and Alec Perdue (Mikaela); his great grandchildren, Lazarus, Ira Beam, Elizabeth, Georgia Williams, Milo Perdue, Amelia and Aria Linder; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Watts (Michael) and Carla S. Colborn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Newark Chapel (1850 W Main St, Newark, OH 43055).
