It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Mitchell of Newark, Ohio, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Thomas and Ruby Thomas (Ross); her grandparents, Thede and Mary Ross; her husband Robert L. Mitchell; her siblings, Dick, John, Albert, Elmer Ross, Annabelle Smith and Marvene Thomas; and her sister-in-law Betty Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Haynes (Cathy), Monty Mitchell (Lisa), Brady Mitchell and Gena Thomas (Bill). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
