She was predeceased by: her father Franklin David; her husband Karl K. Lambert; her great grandchild Jamil Johnson; and her daughter-in-law Joann Lambert (Kuhn). She is survived by: her children, Karlene K. Theisen (Jim), Arthur F. Lambert (Ruth Meyer), Patricia Ann Short (William) and Cynthia Jean Gray (David); and her grandchildren, Donna (Buddy), Laura (Wendy), Jason, April (Tristan), Amanda, Jesse (Jessica), Whitney (Nick), Steve (Kate), Scott (Heather) and Amy (Refugio). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Mickey's name be made to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church; or Foundation for Hospice of Central Ohio.
