She was predeceased by: her husband Roger A. Romine; her parents, Lawrence Bussey and Olive Bussey; and her sister Elaine. She is survived by: her children, Laura Johnson (Anthony), Peggy Romine (Kevin), Gregory Romine (Melanie) and Donny Romine (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Whitley, Ajay, David, Olivia, Tommy, Tiffanie, Steffanie, Kayla, Vincent, Raven, Victoria, Breanna and Samantha; her sisters, Joyce Perry and Barbara Cummings; and her close friends, Debbie Hare and Linda Durham. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service (179 Granville St, Newark, OH 43055). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Mary's love for animals, donations may be made to the Licking County Humane Society in her memory.
