She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray C. Foster and Violet E. Foster (Williams); her former husband Gary Moore; her parents-in-law, Donald and Dorothy Moore (Griffith); and her sisters, Betty Sutton and Barbara Holmes.
She is survived by: her daughter Victoria "Vikki"; her son-in-law Gary Stelzer; and her granddaughter Oceann Stelzer. She is also survived by many nephews, cousins and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service (59 N 5th St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
