He is survived by: his wife Patricia Blakely (Smith); his sister Michelle Durbin (Terry); his siblings-in-law, Dena Smith, Laura Parker (Rick), Vince Smith (Cindi) and John Smith (Judy); and his nieces and nephews, Christina Balcom, Alicia Parker-Webb, Gerad Parker, Eric Parker, Andrea Cullinan, Alison Rhodes, Collin Smith, Conner Smith, Adelyn Bennett and Mitchell Clouse.
