He was predeceased by: his parents, Guyle Malcom and Virginia Louise Nutter (Corner). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Kay Nutter (Hunkins); his daughter Jennifer Yates (B. J.) of Newark; and his grandchildren, Graham Montgomery (Ashleigh), Jared Montgomery, Dylan Yates, Madison Yates and Baileigh Yates.
