Nancy S. Baker Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy S. Baker of Newark, Ohio, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Schmalenberger and Mildred Schmalenberger (Walker); her husband Kenneth W. Baker; and her siblings, Judith Roberts, Daniel, Kevin, Michael and Nicholas Schmalenberger.

She is survived by: her daughters, Bethany B. Krajewski (Klaus) of Granville, OH and Rebekkah E. Berryhill (Maggie Margulies) of Kent, OH; her siblings, Larry Schmalenberger (Carol), Susan Smith (Michael), Patrick Schmalenberger (Marcia) and David Schmalenberger; and her grandchildren, Madeline Siegfried (Parker), Zachary Vanderink, Simon Krajewski and Oliver Krajewski. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
