She was predeceased by: her father Harold Holtz; her husband Richard G. Vance; her stepson Robert Vance; and her siblings, Archie Gibson and Willa "Billy" Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Drumm (William) of Pataskala, Bonita Prince, Debra Vance of Lake Wells, FL, Crystal Burgoon (Duane) of Pataskala, Richard Vance Jr. (Carolyn) of Heath and Traci Garza (Joshua) of Hebron; and her siblings, Ray Holtz (Barb) of Newark and Dorothy Porterfield (Dan) of Newark. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
Naomi requested that her body be donated to science to The Ohio State University.
