He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Bell and Evelyn Bell (Kreitzer); and his brother Jerry Bell. He is survived by: his children, Michael Bell (Jeanette), Kevin Bell (Amy) and Melissa Okulich (Michael); his grandchildren, Alayna, Aaron, Joshua and Josie; his former wife Karen Bell; and his mother-in-law Helen Hicks.
