She is survived by: her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law Carl DeLong; her grandchildren, April and Wade Barber; her brother John Fulton (Donna); her stepmother Lillian Fulton; her former husband Harold D. Barber; her husband Robert Zinck; her son Mark Barber; and her siblings, Michael Fulton and Mary Florence Fulton. She is also survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, her precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Licking County Humane Society in Patricia's memory, reflecting her deep love for animals.
