With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patsy P Cummings of Newark, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 3, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Charles and Mabel Earl Wood Pirkey; her husband George; and her siblings, Vada Pirkey Roberts, Herbert C. Pirkey Jr. and Norman T. Pirkey.
She is survived by: her sons, Galen A. Cummings (Brenda) and Audelle B. Cummings (Heather); her grandchildren, Victoria Outlaw, Andrew Cummings and Tyler Cummings (Karleigh); her great grandchildren, Royce and Bryleigh; and her brother Freddie Pirkey of Youngstown.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in her name to Northside Baptist Church, 595 Goosepond Road, Newark, Oh 43055.
