It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patsy Ruth Evans of Newark, Ohio, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Meadows and Julia Meadows (Felix); and her husband E. Chris Evans. She is survived by : her children, Rodney Evans (Pam), Vicki Evans, Jeffery Evans (Kindle), Sandra Evans and Leslie Forman (Thomas); her siblings, Paul Richard Meadows (Martha) and Peggy Ann Williams (Gary); and her sister-in-law Patricia Degenhart (Steve). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
