She is survived by: her children, Rodney Evans (Pam), Vicki Evans, Jeffery Evans (Kindle), Sandra Evans and Leslie Forman (Thomas); her siblings, Paul Richard Meadows (Martha) and Peggy Ann Williams (Gary); and her sister-in-law Patricia Degenhart (Steve). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
