He was predeceased by: his parents, Sewell Humphrey and Tollie Humphrey (Pettibone); and his siblings, Mark Humphrey, Sewell (Vivian), David Humphrey, Vicki Culver, Janet Sergeant and Mary Maharg.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Jean (Kvintus); his daughters, Christina Humphrey, Leslie Yontz (Russell) and Ashley Campolo (Aaron); his siblings, Cathy Brooks (Joe), Carol Keiber (Kenny), Rose Uffner (Joe) and Larry Embrey (Carol); his siblings-in-law, Linda Posner and Bob Culver; his grandchildren, Trey III, Zarek Yontz, Raymond, Klaire, Chloe and Lilly Barton; and his close friend Jim Shaw.
