He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Stalling Sr. and Christine Rice (Hill); his wife Kimberly Stalling; his children, Ashley Lange (Adam) and Addison Stalling; his grandchildren, Jacob Lange, Brynleigh Stalling, Eli Lange and Oaklynn Stalling; and his siblings, David Stalling (Lana), Jeremy Stalling (Aubrey) and Miranda Hucul (Mike). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes contributions be made to the Lite the Nite Car Show and Licking County Courthouse Lighting fund.
