It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Frye of Newark, Ohio, born in Quaker City, Ohio, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl R. Eagon and Madge E. Eagon Fitch (Ankrum); her stepfather Delmer L. Fitch; her brother-in-law Paul Huckleberry; her stepsister Margaret Hopkins; and her nephew-in-law Bill Church.
She is survived by: her husband Franklin "Frank" Frye; her children, Elizabeth Crist (Mike) and Philip Frye (Molly); her grandchildren, Michael, Zack, Rachel, Anna Crist and Grace Frye; her sister Gainel Huckleberry; her stepsister Sally Henry (Tom); and her nieces, Sue Church and Nancy Holladay (Tim).
