She is survived by: her children, Richard Osborn (Tammy), Michelle Osborn, Charles Osborn (Shy) and Timothy Michael Osborn; her grandchildren, Natalie, Nathan, Alex, Isabell, Charles and Dwayne; her sisters, Melinda Sturm (Melvin Peterson), Clara Corbett (Jon) and Cynthia Anderson; and her stepparents, Pamela Lash and Kenny Wilson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Licking County Humane Society.
