He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Elwood and Ruth Eileen Esterline, Jr. (Davis); and his brother Kimm Lee Esterline. He is survived by: his wife Denise Esterline (Phillips); his daughters, Abigail Lee Esterline and Kelsey Ann Esterline; his brother Garry Esterline; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Daniel and MacKenzie Orsborn; and his nieces, Samantha Eileen and Rebekah Ann.
