He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell L. Brown and Jeannie P. Brown (Coleman); his grandson Corey Rodgers; and his siblings, Pamela Midkiff and Tim Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Brown (Waters); his children, Adria Brown and Kendra Brown (Nick Sturm); his grandchildren, Mikayla Morris, Samantha Morris, Hannah Sensabaugh, Aniah Patterson, Zariah Patterson and Ashton Starling; his brother Russell Brown (Diana); his stepdaughters, Nicole Smitley (Joey) and Elizabeth Bivins (William); his stepgrandchildren, Aaliyah Smitley, Zoey Smitley, Alana Smitley, Joel White, William Bivins III and Jayson Bivins; his nephew Brian Midkiff; and his parents-in-law, Gary and Virginia Waters. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
