He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Holmes and Patty Holmes (Brown); his brothers, Roger "Joe" Holmes and Jackie Dean Holmes; his nephew Jason Holmes; and his grandmother Carolyn Brown.
He is survived by: his half-brother Rick Holmes (Kathy); his sibling's children, Kevin Holmes (Deede), Lyndsey Trope (Daniel), Janae Bixby (Shawn) and Linda Holmes; and his friends, Kelly and Josh Robison.
