He was predeceased by: his father Raymond E. Francis; his wife Anita Francis; and his brother Kevin Francis. He is survived by: his mother Alice JoAnn Knight (Baker); his children, Fawna Apprich (Jay Pittenger) and Shawn Francis (Amber Harrell); his grandchildren, Rizzo Newton, Blake Francis, Rylee Francis and Betty Ehlermann; and his siblings, Tina McPeek (Tim) and Todd Francis (Jessica).
