He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence E. Mehl and Christina L. Mehl (Plumbley); and his siblings, Kathy, Jenny and Gary.
He is survived by: his wife Carol S. Mehl (Thompson); his children, Tonja Forsberg (Ken) and Clifford Mehl (Elizabeth); his sisters, Anne Wainwright and Lena Mehl; his grandchildren, Justin (MacKenzie), Ryan (Stefanie), Tyler (Jessica), Alicia, Lora (Whalen), Greg (Teri) and RJ; and his great grandchildren, Jalen, Riley, Logan, Ryan, Andrew, Abigail, Nathan, Gavin and Kyndall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
