Richard Lee Wooddell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lee Wooddell of Newark, Ohio, who passed away on March 7, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Verr and Georgia Wooddell (Montgomery); his wife Delores Virginia Wooddell (Sforza); his son Richard Arlen "Rick" Wooddell; and his siblings, Wayne Allen Wooddell and Delores Cochran.
He is survived by: his children, Nikki Head (Charlie), Michele MacDonald (Peter) and David Wooddell (Geri); and his friend Barbara Doan. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and his partner.
