He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth M. Acord (Rod); his children, Kaylen Clark, Trenton Burchard, Shannon Howell, Serenity Bartimus and Braelyn Gambill; his sisters, Jessica and Anna Hunter; his girlfriend Brittany Belcher; his grandparents, Alice M. Proctor (Phillips), Kerry Proctor and Charles R. Johnson Sr.; his nieces and nephews, Kathen, Cordon, Karamia, Valaura and Silus; his uncles, Charles R. Johnson Jr. (Jackie) and James P. Johnson Jr. (Kim); his cousins, Ashlea, Deanna, Christopher, Michael, Claire, Kasey and Chloe; and his pet Bella May.
