He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bailey and Margarete Bailey (Penney); his wife Nellie F. Bailey (Whyde); and his son Larry Bailey. He is survived by: his children, James E. Bailey, Myra Whightsel (Jeff), Sue Cunningham (Dave) and Debbie Branham (Ken); his siblings, Lester Eugene Bailey and Barbara Joanne Simpson; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Bailey. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
