He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Harner and Emma Edith Harner (Hoskinson); his wife Deborah A. Harner (Fields); and his friend Mariana Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer A. Trotter (Michael) of Newark and Brett R. Harner of Safety Harbor, Florida; and his grandchildren, Dylan M. Trotter (Kayla) and Cassidy M. Trotter.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the National Park Foundation or the Licking County Humane Society.
