He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Guy and Ruth Owens; his wife Juanita Guy; and his siblings, Louis Guy and Mary Kvintus.
He is survived by: his partner Shelly Snyder; his children, Tina Inscore, Paula Byers (Tim) and Robert Guy, Jr. (Dawn); his grandchildren, Jesse, Nathan, Kodey, Austin, Bryce, Royce, Isaiah, Miss T and Miss A.; his great grandchildren, Kingston, Ellianna, Braxton, Raelynn, Bryley, Korbin, Warren and Theo; and his siblings, Sharon Dexter and Johnny Guy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service (179 Granville St, Newark, OH 43055).
